【Basics】"dilemma" 

• “困境/困境” (kùnjìng): (n.) difficult position, predicament, dilemma 
  
• “两难/兩難” (liǎng nán): (n.) dilemma; (v.) be in a dilemma, face a difficult choice
  两难/兩難 more specifically refers to a situation where one has to choose between two options.
  When used as a verb, 两难/兩難 is usually used with "很".
